What cleaning services do we do?

We clean residental establishments, including regular cleaning, deep cleaning, move in/out cleans and extra chore cleaning.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

Cleaning products and rags are brought. The only basic hardware equipment clients are required to have are brooms, mop and bucket and a vacuum. Everything else is brought. If you prefer us to use your products, let us know!

What is "Chore Cleaning"?

For clients who want more than just regular cleans. We will take on chores that you don't want to such as; post-clean organization, pet care cleanup, changing beds, and other personalized tidying services.

Do I have to be home for the cleaning?

It is not required for you to be stay, services are still arranged accessibly. However, you're welcome to stay if you prefer.

How long does a cleaning take?

It all depends on the size of your space and the level of cleaning you want. We make an estimation based on your booking inquiries.

How do I pay?

We accept cheques, cash or e-transfers. Payment is due after the cleaning is complete.

Can I cancel or reschedule my cleaning?

Yes! We understand that plans can change. However, we do kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Last minute cancelations may be subject to a small fee.

Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?

Absolutely! Our eco-friendly solutions are available upon request.

What if my house is cluttered?

No sweat! Let us know where to start.

Do you do after renovation cleans?

We do. We're happy to assist in post-renovation cleanup. Just let us know in advance so the team can come prepared.
